2. Services Agreement

• Upon booking services, the Client agrees to a contract outlining the scope, costs, and timeline of the service.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the Client. Additional fees may apply if the scope of work changes.
• Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise specified.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid additional charges.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the items to be moved and any special requirements.
• The Client must ensure proper access to both the origin and destination locations, including permits or permissions if required.
• The Client must secure valuables and sensitive documents. The Company is not liable for items not disclosed during inventory.

6. Limitations of Liability

• The Company will take all reasonable steps to protect your belongings during transit. However, the Company is not liable for damage caused by:
  • Improperly packed items by the Client.
  • Acts of nature, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events.
  • Items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to the move.
• Liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service or repair of the damaged item, whichever is lesser.

7. Prohibited Items

The Company will not transport the following:

• Hazardous materials, flammable items, or explosives.
• Illegal substances or contraband.
• Perishable items unless agreed upon beforehand.

8. Storage Terms

• Storage services are subject to availability and outlined in a separate agreement.
• The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper packing by the Client for stored items.

9. Insurance

• The Company offers basic liability coverage as required by law. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request and at an extra cost.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding the service must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the service completion.
• The Company will work to resolve disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration as per applicable laws.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information to third parties without consent.

12. Website Use

• By using our website, you agree to comply with its terms of use.
• The Company is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal actions must be filed within the jurisdiction of Neptune Beach, FL.
